LCCC – Culinary Arts Building

This project consisted of the new construction of a 37,580SF building infill between two existing buildings, Stocker Center and Spitzer Center at Lorain County Community College. The project included the demolition of the existing courtyard building structure and the renovation required to accommodate the new building infill. This project achieved LEED Silver certification. The facility included three teaching kitchens, a dining lab, multi-use spaces, and much more.
