The Cleveland Metropolitan Schools – District Wide Capital Improvements Program is an Ohio School Facilities Commission Program. The District’s program consists of multiple segments of new construction, renovation, abatement and demolition of elementary, middle and high schools. Segment 5 scope of work includes the new construction of three (3) high schools, four (4) new PreK-8 schools, one (1) K-5 renovation, and the abatement and demolition of seven (7) schools.
