The Cleveland Metropolitan Schools – District Wide Capital Improvements Program is an Ohio School Facilities Commission Program. The District’s program consists of multiple segments of new construction, renovation, abatement and demolition of elementary, middle and high schools. The Segment 3 scope of work includes the new construction of one (1) high school, ten (10) new K-8 schools, and the abatement and demolition of ten (10) elementary schools.
