The Cleveland Metropolitan Schools – District Wide Capital Improvements Program is an Ohio School Facilities Commission Program. The District’s program consists of multiple segments of new construction, renovation, abatement and demolition of elementary, middle and high schools. Segment 2 scope of work consists of the renovation of two (2) high schools, new construction of one (1) high school and six (6) new K-8 schools, and the abatement and demolition of three (3) elementary schools.
