| The Cleveland Metropolitan Schools - District Wide Capital Improvements Program is an Ohio School Facilities Commission Program. The District’s program consists of multiple segments of new construction, renovation, abatement and demolition of elementary, middle and high schools. Segment 1 scope of work consisted of a Warm, Safe, Dry program which included miscellaneous renovations, door and window replacements, and MEP upgrades for 120 buildings, renovation of three (3) high schools, new construction of one (1) high school and four (4) new K-8 schools. The segment also included the abatement and demolition of one elementary school. |
