Ozanne assists clients using building information modeling and virtual construction during the design, construction, and closeout process.

We developed a BIM model for the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority Headquarters Administrative Campus project. We used the model for clash detection between steel, precast panels, HVAC, and plumbing. We also used the model to test various steel and precast erection sequences. This process worked successfully, allowing us to complete the project 6 months ahead of schedule. We had no field conflicts between the erection and installation of steel, precast concrete panels, and ductwork.

We use BIM as follows:
- Model development
- Optimal construction erection and installation sequences
- Quantity surveys and cost estimates
- Clash detection (M/E/P, steel, building envelope)
- LEAN, safety, material storage planning
- Value engineering
