The improvements to the main terminal at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport include approximately 34,000 SF of demolition and reconstruction of the retail, food courts, MEP systems, terrazzo flooring, and adjacent spaces.

The project consists of a 47,930 SF three (3) story apartment building for seniors with a total of 39 units, (7) 2-bedroom units and (32) 1-bedroom units. The new facility also features a community room, parking lot and a landscaped courtyard. Three (3) of the 2-bedroom units and four (4) of the 1-bedroom units were designed to be in compliance with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS).

New construction of a 37,580SF building infill between two existing buildings, Stocker Center and Spitzer Center. The project includes the demolition of the existing courtyard building structure and the renovation required to accommodate the new building infill. This project is seeking a LEED Silver certification. The facility opened in fall, 2012, and includes three teaching kitchens, a dining lab, multi-use spaces and much more.

The project consists of renovation and alterations of the existing Multi-Purpose building at Lorain County Community College. The renovation includes the addition of a new floor level inserted into the existing 2-story height space providing an additional 30,000 square feet of usable space. The total square footage of the building will be 76,255.

The Cuyahoga Community College Health Careers and Technology Center is the new construction of 63,000 SF of classroom, auditorium, and training space designed to provide training and instruction to health care professionals in Northeast Ohio. The facility will contain state of the art audio, visual, and communication capabilities

Cuyahoga Community College constructed two corporate colleges to service the education and training needs of Northeast Ohio’s employers. These two state of the art facilities were built on the East and West sides of Cuyahoga County. The Corporate College West complex consists of the renovation of the 3rd floor of the Jacobs Development Corporate Headquarters into 70,000 SF of classroom, training, and conference facilities. As with Corporate College East, all classrooms and conference rooms include digital audio, video, and teleconferencing capabilities.

Cuyahoga Community College constructed two corporate colleges to service the education and training needs of Northeast Ohio’s employers. These two state of the art facilities were built on the East and West sides of Cuyahoga County. The Corporate College East complex consists of the new construction of a 120,000 SF conference facility, classrooms, video conferencing center, auditorium with theater style classrooms and teleconferencing capabilities throughout. All classrooms and conference rooms are wired for digital audio, video and teleconferencing.

The renovations for Schrank Hall, Exchange Street and E.J. Thomas Hall parking garages included asbestos abatement, renovation to plazas and parking decks, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and elevator systems upgrades, exterior renovations, structural steel refurbishment, structural concrete repairs and landscaping.

The new Obrycki’s Restaurant & Bar at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is a 2,400 SF sit down restaurant, including a state of the art kitchen, bar, custom casework, and a digital video/sound system.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Store at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is a 1,200 SF new retail space near the entrance to Concourse B. It includes an exterior wall of digital televisions and music along with decorative red neon lights and casework.

The Cleveland Metropolitan Schools – District Wide Capital Improvements Program is an Ohio School Facilities Commission Program. The District’s program consists of multiple segments of new construction, renovation, abatement and demolition of elementary, middle and high schools. Segment 4 scope of work includes the new construction of eleven (11) K-8 schools and the abatement and demolition of twelve (12) elementary schools.

In the early 1990s Ozanne renovated all of the housing units at Riverside Estates under contract with the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority. Ozanne returned to Riverside in 2005 with Lowenstein Durante Architects to design and construct 62 town home units and a 28-unit elderly apartment building. The project was a finalist for a NAHRO award for design-build projects.

Eden, Inc. through its Emerald Development and economic network provides various social services for persons who are homeless or afflicted with disabilities. In 2006 Eden hired Ozanne to construct a 4 story, 72 unit, 43,000 SF apartment building for homeless adults.

The Debra Ann November Autism Wing at the Lerner School is a facility designed to educate children with autism. The project consists of the new construction of a 22,000 SF single story building located adjacent to the existing Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital at Cleveland Clinic’s Shaker Campus.

The 910 Wing Headquarters houses the central command at the U. S. Air Force’s Vienna Air Force Base in Vienna, Ohio.
Ozanne competitively bid this 28,000 SF 3 story building which was successfully constructed for the Air Force under the supervision of the Army Corps of Engineers. It contains administrative offices, classrooms, and conference facilities.

Ozanne was the owner’s representative for Howard University through the schematic design phase for a 160 unit, 420 bed, 238,000 SF combined campus housing and learning center for freshman males that included approximately 37,000 SF of instructional space, plus an underground parking garage.

The Pub is a 3,500 SF restaurant and pub is located at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The overall design theme is based on a traditional British London Pub. The project scope included the building shell and interiors, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as well as a 590 SF remote storage area located on the level below the restaurant/pub space.

In 2000, Ozanne was the successful bidder on the new junior high and an addition to the high school for the Amherst Schools Exempted Village School district. The new junior high included a cafeteria, gym, classrooms, and athletic fields. The high school added a science classroom, cafetorium, fine arts classroom, weight room, and commons. The project was successfully completed in 2002.

The OPSO Recovery Program consists of the rehabilitation, repair, restoration, replacement, and hazard mitigation of the infrastructure and public facilities operated by the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Marlin N. The Cuyahoga County Juvenile Justice Center is a multiuse governmental facility located in the City of Cleveland. The facility is 607,520 SF including 9 floors, a penthouse level and a lower level transfer area. The area dedicated to detention is 216,894 square feet which is primarily on the first level with the other areas dedicated to the court operations and courtrooms.

The Elkton Federal Correctional Institution is a correctional facility built for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Department of Justice, serving adult offenders located in Elkton, Ohio. The project consists of the new construction of a correctional facility on a 330 acre site. The facility includes sixteen (16) buildings including camp housing, minimum security housing, detention facilities, dining and kitchen area, administrative and medical units, a gymnasium, central plant, warehouse, garage, storage and security outposts.
